Minutes of Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council Planning Committee Meeting
on Tuesday 17th August 2010 at 6.30pm in Christ Church Gorsley

Present: Cllr. Graham Price (Chairman), Cllr. Molly Boughton Cllr. Sheila Fowler, Cllr. Amanda Reade and Cllr. John Barker

In attendance: Mrs Margaret Highton, Clerk to Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council

Apologises for absence: There were none

Declarations of Interest: Cllr. Graham Price declared a personal interest in item 4a) as a neighbour

Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the meetings on 1st July 2010 had been circulated and it was agreed unanimously that they should be adopted.

Planning Application:
Cllr. John Barker was the chairman for this item
North Pole, Oxenhall Lane Gorsley – Change of use of land to residential curtilage and erection of a garage/storage building (Part Retrospective): After a discussion it was decided that the Parish Council response would be “No Objections” Comments given to the Clerk by a parishioner was considered.
Cllr. Graham Price resumed as Chairman
Ivy Cottage, Stoney Lane Kilcot – Alterations and single storey extension to dwelling: After a discussion it was decided that the Parish Council response would be “No Objections”

There being no further business, the meeting was closed.
